Sewing Operator

Job Description
- Sew garments and accessories according to design specifications using various sewing machines and hand tools.
- Assemble and join fabric pieces, ensuring accurate alignment and seam integrity.
- Perform alterations, repairs, and adjustments on garments as required.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of finished garments.
- Maintain and care for sewing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and other team members to address any issues or concerns with garment construction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
