Description
- Operate sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and products.
- Follow patterns and specifications to ensure correct assembly and stitching.
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Inspect finished products for quality control and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sewing preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a sewing or textile production role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines; attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and patterns accurately.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: May require standing for long periods and working with various fabrics and materials.
