Description

  • Create and enhance existing catalog items
  • Create and/or maintain existing ServiceNow modules to support the business and
  • IT Service Management practices
  • Adhere to standards for implementations in ServiceNow to ensure consistency and
  • supportability of the customizations
  • Support planning activities
  • Technical design
  • Development and unit testing
  • Documentation using Meralco standard templates
  • Support in testing and quality audits
  • Implementation and production support
  • Support in handholding activities


Requirement

  • ServiceNow Development experience is required
  • 3 to 5 years working as a ServiceNow administrator/developer
  • Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML to create scripts in the course onormal ServiceNow administration duties
  • ITIL/ITSM experience
  • Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
  • ServiceNow Certification is a plus
