• Serve as the subject matter expert in Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and other relevant technology.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solution various pursuits related to observability.

• Serve as a coach and mentor to build the capability in junior resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Minimum 2 years solid experience in Dynatrace solutioning and implementation

• Certification in Dynatrace or AppDynamics is a plus

• Leadership experience is a plus

• Admin experience in Dynatrace 

• Experience in onboarding applications in Dynatrace  

• Experience in ServiceNow  

• Knowledge of how to install applications in Dynatrace  

• Focusing on application performance in Dynatrace

• Extensive and strong experience with at least Level 2 expertise in Dynatrace.
