Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles at customer sites or company locations. Ensures timely and high-quality service delivery while supporting aftersales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of automotive units
• Conduct preventive maintenance and follow service standards
• Provide technical support and explain repairs to customers when needed
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with parts and service teams for efficient job completion
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or related field
• With relevant experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair
• Knowledgeable in automotive systems and tools
• Willing to do field work and travel as needed
• With valid driver’s license
