- Position: Automotive Warranty Service
- Company Industry: Automotive / Motorcycle Technical Support
- Work Location: FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas City
- Work Schedule: Full-time
- Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱19,000
- Work Set Up: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Automotive or Engineering course
- At least 1 year experience in motorcycle troubleshooting and repair (non-negotiable)
- With valid driver’s license (Restriction Code 1, 2, 3)
- Preferably with NC-II Accreditation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical assistance to dealers on difficult-to-resolve issues
- Facilitate product updates for speedy recovery of sold units
- Gather and report technical issues and quality concerns from the field
- Provide immediate feedback to the warranty team
- Conduct site visits and support troubleshooting activities
