• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required; additional certification from a vocational school or community college in automotive repair preferred. (NC I OR NC II required)
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience needed, entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in automobile maintenance, the ability to perform vehicle surveys and damage assessments, conduct test rides/drives, manage parts inventory, and engage in B2B relations.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Diagnose issues accurately, perform maintenance and repair tasks, document processes, maintain a clean work area, and provide excellent customer service.
• Working Conditions: Full-time role that may include weekends or evenings, requiring physical agility and the ability to lift heavy objects.
