Description
- Plans the over-all and specific requirements of the clients.
- Implements the activities based on the schedule desired quality, within budget, and safe manner.
- Implements serious housekeeping program.
- Prepares complete report that will update head office about the status of issues/concerns and recommended resolution developed with the team.
- Coordinates with the other departments to resolve concerns that they may help.
- Establishes meaningful relationships with relevant authorities.
- Manages and controls the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con.
- Monitors and controls project performance.
- Turn-over and preparation of project close-out.
- Prepares and submits project operating plan.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction, service engineering, or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in service engineering, solid understanding of air conditioning systems, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee various construction projects, ensure that all air conditioning installations meet industry standards, provide maintenance and repair services, and deliver outstanding customer support.
- Working Conditions: Field and on-site work with potential for varying weather conditions and travel to different worksites.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
