Description
- Monitoring and supervision on the project implementation and maintenance on Rolling stock such as the following:
- Weekly, monthly, every 6 months and yearly preventive maintenance.
- Corrective works whenever a technical failure occurs on cars.
- Low speed test and High-speed Test after Corrective work is done.
- Dynamic Test at mainline after Preventive Maintenance work is done
- Crack Detection Test of King Pin for bogies
- Rotational Test for newly assembled bogies
- Water leak test on newly overhauled cars
- Functional checkups of trains before insertion time to mainline
- Testing/Inspection of new arrival parts before installation to cars
- Monitors the performance of every cars
- Recommends the appropriate solutions to whatever problems that may arise on Rolling stock
- Act as an Emergency crew during emergency situation wherein the operation of MRT3 is hampered by natural disaster, calamities or any abnormal situation so that service interruption will resume in a shortest possible time.
- Provide recommendations on the relevant parts of the Maintenance Manual.
Requirements
- PRC License in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 -10 years of experience
