  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing service crew members.
  • Train staff on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

  • At least less than 1 year of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong training and development experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
