The Service Crew will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving high-quality yogurt and dessert products, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers.

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide product recommendations.
• Product Preparation: Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, desserts, and beverages according to company standards.
• Store Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, kitchen, and dining spaces.
• Cash Handling: Process customer payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash register operations.

• Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is an advantage but not required.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
