Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and ensure that customers' needs are met.
Food & Beverage Service: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, pastries, and other menu items. Ensure all orders are prepared according to café standards.
Order Handling: Manage cash register, process payments, and provide correct change. Maintain accuracy when handling transactions.
Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including tables, counters, and restrooms. Follow health and safety guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the café’s menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
Stock & Inventory: Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
Skills and Competencies: Basic communication and teamwork skills.
