Description

  • Responsible for delivering a high quality of food, service and cleanliness
  • Checks that products are within the holding time and shelf life
  • Performs First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method of products
  • Check the quality of finished/cooked item
  • Handles properly and endorses expired or spoiled products to the on-duty manager
  • Check product storage and holding equipment is in good running condition
  • Completes temperature chart
  • Performs effectively and efficiently daily and weekly cleaning tasks
  • Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the work area
  • Greets guests with great enthusiasm for the work area
  • Responsible for attending all customer concerns
  • Responsible for giving prompt and effectively, particularly on speed of service, cleanliness, wrong dispatch, spilled drinks
  • Prepares the food products being sold in the store following the standards and procedures

Requirements

  • At least College Level
  • Experience in food and beverages is an advantage
  • Physically Fit
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Issue bills and accept payment
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Patience and customer-oriented approach
