Description
- Responsible for an inbound and outbound calls for booking appointments
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs
- Providing customers with information and advice warranty protections
- Create job estimate and repair order
- Explain technical issues to customers in simple terms
- Service sales generation
Requirement
- With degree in Automotive Technology or relative courses
- With NC-II Certification
- With Driver's License
- Proficient in using MS Office Suites and Google Suite
- With knowledge in basic automotive fundamentals
- With good communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Hino Parañaque Service Center
- Available to start immediately
