Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing effective marketing strategies tailored to the Philippine market while analyzing market trends and competitors to inform localized marketing initiatives.
• Support the Marketing Director in mentoring and guiding the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability to meet targets and contribute to company growth, while ensuring adherence to marketing processes and guidelines for optimal efficiency.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the Marketing Director and HQ team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to integrated campaigns.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Director.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies.
• Experience in designing interactive applications and networking platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing techniques, tools, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing software and analytics tools.
