The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions. 


Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. We help them create meaningful connections and insightful discussions that can start innovative business relationships by providing an environment for them to engage in candid conversations, share best practices, and explore new opportunities.

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key driver in amplifying our brand’s presence and supporting the growth of our exclusive event-driven model. This isn’t just a marketing role; it’s an opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, collaborate with a talented team, and engage executive-level audiences across the globe. You'll play a vital part in shaping our strategic direction, crafting high-quality content, and executing digital initiatives that bring our vision to life. The Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive client acquisition, and support the growth of our event-driven business model.
  • Coordinate the activities of the marketing team, including content writers, social media managers, and graphic designers, to ensure all efforts are aligned with The Ortus Club's marketing objectives.
  • Support the creation, distribution, and optimization of content across multiple platforms, such as the company website, event blogs, social media, and email campaigns targeting executive-level participants.
  • Implement digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, email campaigns, and social media strategies, to boost event visibility and audience engagement.
  • Help manage social media accounts, contributing to the planning and posting of content to build community engagement and increase participation in our exclusive events.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance, working closely with SEO specialists to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates for our event pages.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
  • Track the performance of marketing campaigns and assist in generating reports with actionable insights for optimizing future initiatives.
  • Help manage and coordinate the marketing team based in the Philippines, ensuring smooth communication, alignment with global strategies, and efficient execution of marketing tasks.
  • Ensure all marketing activities and content align with The Ortus Club’s brand voice, values, and premium positioning in the event and networking space.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, with 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in event-driven or B2B settings.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition, in alignment with growth goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience coordinating remote or international teams and fostering collaboration across content, social media, and design roles.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation and distribution.
  • Analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, and deliver insights that enhance campaign performance.
  • Up-to-date with marketing trends and digital tools, committed to maintaining brand alignment and quality across all channels for premium positioning.
