- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team across all shifts.
- Monitor security systems, patrol schedules, and access control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the premises to identify potential security risks.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide detailed incident reports.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other relevant agencies when necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and contingency plans.
- Maintain logs, records, and reports related to security operations.
- Schedule and manage security staffing to ensure proper coverage at all times.
