Description

We are seeking a talented Secretary to join the Pro-hygienics Human Resource and Services Corporation


  • Manage daily administrative tasks and communication.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare documents and reports for management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist in business planning.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours, potential for overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, creative problem solver, effective people management, and ability to work independently.
  • Willing to be assigned in San Juan, Manila
