Description

  • Facilitate educational laboratories and support academic staff at the Frere (Saint) Benilde Romançon Educational Foundation.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for classes and ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining training materials and curricula within the institution's pedagogical framework.
  • Contribute to the foundation’s mission by actively participating in educational programs and student support.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory, perform routine equipment maintenance, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in laboratory technology, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience working in a laboratory environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong manual testing abilities, proficiency in using laboratory equipment, and a solid understanding of laboratory best practices and safety protocols.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conducting and supporting scientific experiments, preparing samples, maintaining lab equipment, documenting findings, and ensuring cleanliness and order within the lab.
  • Working Conditions: Work within a controlled laboratory setting, which might involve exposure to hazardous materials, requiring compliance with safety standards.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication skills, and reliability.
