Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance products in the Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services sector.
Conduct market research to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Support product launches and oversee quality control processes.
Engage with clients and stakeholders within Aso International Manila, Incorporated to understand and meet their needs.

Requirement

Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Experience Level: Suitable for entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Skills and Competencies:Must be fluent in Japanese, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of computers and standard office software.
Ability to adapt quickly to company culture and workflows.
Responsibilities and Duties: Will vary based on specific job functions but generally includes supporting product development, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to product strategy and execution.
Working Conditions: This role may require collaboration with international teams, necessitating flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones.
Qualities and Traits:
Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and an understanding of global markets.
Displays initiative, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
Japanese or Half-Japanese (Filipino-Japanese) or even Filipino but fluently speak and write Japanese.
Can Speak & Write Japanese, English, or Filipino
Graduate of any 4yrs. Course or any related.
Taking responsibility for keeping a productive cycle in production
Openness to feedback, either developmental or positive emotional inputs.
With at least 1 -2 years of experience in the same position or in the manufacturing industry or in managerial field.
Good interpersonal skills and portray good leadership abilities
Must have good analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
Have a clear borderline between work and private life.
Have the courage to acknowledge mistakes and a mindset of improvement.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in the same field
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in relevant software, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and adaptability to new technology.
