• Japanese or Half-Japanese (Filipino-Japanese) or even Filipino but fluently speak and write Japanese.

•Can Speak & Write Japanese, English, or Filipino

•Graduate of any 4yrs. Course or any related.

•Taking responsibility for keeping a productive cycle in production

•Openness to feedback, either developmental or positive emotional inputs.

•With at least 1 -2 years of experience in the same position or in the manufacturing industry.

•Good interpersonal skills and portray good leadership abilities

•Must have good analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
