A SAP Specialist (SD, CX, ABAP, HCM, HANA, Master Data Governance, Analytics) is responsible for managing and optimizing SAP systems across various modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Customer Experience (CX), ABAP programming, Human Capital Management (HCM), HANA, Master Data Governance, and Analytics. They configure and customize SAP solutions, ensure data quality and governance, and provide technical support for system integrations. The role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting with system upgrades, and implementing analytics solutions to improve decision-making. The SAP Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP systems with business goals.

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a related field.
• Preferably two (2) or more years of experience as a functional or technical SAP consultant, with a strong understanding of SAP system configurations and implementations.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, along with a clear understanding of the dependencies and integrations with other SAP areas.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes within SAP, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across different SAP modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
