We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Analyst to join our dynamic advertising agency. As a Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities

-Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels (e.g., website analytics, social media, paid advertising, email marketing)

-Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics

-Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in digital marketing strategies

-Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and drive better results for our clients

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, media, account management) to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives

-Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

-Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven testing and experimentation plans

-Communicate findings and insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as a Digital/Data Analyst or similar role in an advertising agency or marketing environment
• Proficient in using data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Ability to create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of optimizing digital marketing campaigns based on performance metrics
• Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions
• Passion for data visualization and creating impactful visual representations of data insights
• 1+ year of experience working with Looker Studio for data analysis and dashboard creation
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
