The Apple Product Trainer is responsible for conducting product training sessions, educating staff and customers about Apple products, and ensuring excellent product knowledge across the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Apple products and ecosystem
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Training experience is an advantage
- Customer-oriented and tech-savvy
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
- Train sales staff on Apple product features and updates
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Prepare training materials and presentations
- Monitor product knowledge performance of staff
- Stay updated with the latest Apple technologies and trends
