Description
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product features and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Assist in the resolution of product-related issues during the sales process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level:0–2 years of related experience.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies:Basic understanding of technical concepts related to the product.
- Qualities and Traits:Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working Conditions:Office-based with some remote support as needed.
