Description
- Provide technical support to customers regarding product inquiries
- Assist sales teams with technical product knowledge and demos
- Conduct training sessions for clients on product features and usage
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
