Achieve or exceed sales targets for ready-to-drink (RTD) products within the designated territory.
Identify and secure new on-premise accounts for the RTD portfolio.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs and customer base of each account.
Negotiate agreements for product placement, promotions, and menu features.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in on-premise accounts (owners, managers, bartenders, etc.).
To promote RTDs and engage consumers, host or participate in on-premise events (tastings, happy hours, etc.).
Stay informed about trends in the RTD category, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
Maintain accurate records of sales, account visits, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Proven track record in on-premise sales, preferably in the beverage industry
Strong understanding of RTD products, mixology, and the on-premise environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Personality: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about the RTD category. Drive: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Able to work evenings or weekends to align with the hours of on-premise establishments
