Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. This is a quota-based position with excellent earning potential through commissions and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through online and offline prospecting.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into successful sales transactions.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Create and post marketing content on personal social media platforms to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve company sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants residing in or near Valenzuela City are preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage.
