The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction, architectural, and property development sectors. This role involves promoting aluminum and glass products, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating project requirements with technical teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, architectural, and real estate markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and project managers.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and project discussions to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams regarding project specifications, costing, and installation schedules.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
• Monitor project progress and provide clients with timely updates.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in aluminum, glass, construction materials, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of aluminum and glass systems, window and door products, curtain walls, or façade works is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
