The Thai Speaking Sales Development Representative is responsible for engaging prospective customers through outbound communication, delivering prepared sales talks, and supporting lead generation and business development initiatives. This role focuses on promoting products and services, driving attendance to webinars and seminars, scheduling sales appointments, and maintaining accurate prospect records in a B2B environment. Fluency in both English and Thai, strong sales skills, and the ability to work remotely are essential for success in this role.

Scope of Responsibilities

 Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Content Translation from English to Thai (Local Language) and outreach customization in line with local market strategy
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Multi-Channel outreach via call, email, social media (LinkedIn), Instant Messaging and events marketing
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from target prospects
• Gather and validate information (Company Information, Contact Information, Tech Stack etc) from the contact engagement, online sources and lists purchased from other organizations
• Document in the CRM what transpired in the conversations and engagements with target prospects including their current setup, evaluation timelines, pain points etc
• Schedule appointments (online or face to face) for the client’s sales representative/s to meet with the target prospects and attend sales presentations/discovery calls.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Report to the Production Manager/Client Success Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and will undergo product training and support
• Program Assignment: Minimum of 2 Accounts
• Utilize the client's CRM for outreach and record updates
• Other tasks that are assigned by the direct supervisor

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of sales success
• Business Development expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales or marketing within a B2B environment
• Fluency in English and Thai
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Available to start immediately
