Job Summary

• Mayer Group Hospitality is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our presence across key Philippine destinations
• This role focuses on acquiring hotel, resort, and villa partners by offering OTA management, revenue optimization, and distribution solutions to increase bookings and profitability

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Territory Management

• Actively source and acquire hotel, resort, and villa partners in:
• Metro Manila
• Boracay
• Palawan
• Conduct field visits, site inspections, and client presentations
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads within assigned territories

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Present Mayer Group Hospitality services, including:
• OTA management
• Revenue management
• Channel distribution solutions
• Identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with property owners and managers
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to the operations team
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction

Market Expansion & Strategy

• Analyze local market trends in each destination
• Identify opportunities for growth in emerging tourist areas
• Provide insights on competitor activity and pricing strategies

Performance & Reporting

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
• Track conversion rates and revenue contribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in:
• Hospitality
• Travel agency
• Hotel OTA or SaaS solutions
• Strong network within Philippine hospitality industry is a big advantage
• Willing to travel frequently across assigned destinations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented

Compensation Structure (Recommended For PH Market)

• Basic salary + commission
