B2B Sales Specialist (Industrial / Nanomaterials)

A manufacturing company specializing in advanced nanofiber materials is scaling its production to enable next-generation performance solutions for industries worldwide. With headquarters in Singapore and R&D and production facilities in Philippines, They develop and manufacture cutting-edge, PFAS-free materials that combine breathability, waterproofing, and sustainability, redefining performance for industries worldwide.

They are looking for a Sales Specialist to support customer engagement, sales operations, and business growth. This role bridges sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver strong customer experiences and drive revenue.

What You'll Do

• Support sales activities including proposals, quotations, and client coordination
• Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships
• Track orders and coordinate with operations and logistics
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Support product presentations and technical discussions

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles
• 3-5 years sales support/account management with a global clients
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams
• Interest in technical products or materials is a plus
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
