The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple service activities while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience in an engineering, industrial, technical, construction, or equipment-related environment is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and coordinate customer service requests, inquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of service engineers and technicians for site visits, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, requirements, site access, and job status.
- Prepare service quotations, work orders, service reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams regarding equipment issues, troubleshooting requirements, and service activities.
Requirements
- GRADUATE OF ANY 4-YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE IN BUSINESS STUDIES/ADMINISTRATION/MANAGEMENT
- WITH EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PLUS
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
