Join a leading multinational FMCG company as a Sales Executive. Responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring effective market execution across the Greater Manila Area.

Available Areas:

• South Luzon area, preferably Naga (Bicol) based
• Bohol area, preferably based in Bohol

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG preferred)
• Strong interest in performing sales and marketing functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within Greater Manila Area

Job Summary / Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories or accounts
• Drive product penetration in retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns proactively

Market Expansion & Development

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Increase market share through strategic sales initiatives

Trade Execution & Merchandising

• Ensure proper product placement, promotions, and planogram compliance in stores
• Coordinate with merchandising teams to maximize visibility

Promotions & Trade Marketing

• Implement sales promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost product movement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store activations

Sales Reporting & Data Analysis

• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide reports to management
• Track competitor activities and suggest counter-strategies

Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and category teams to ensure stock availability and effective campaign execution
