Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with product selection, and driving sales of our bamboo flooring, cladding, and decking products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable products, possess strong communication skills, and be dedicated to achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and guidance on bamboo flooring, cladding, and decking options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and installation processes, emphasizing the eco-friendly and durable nature of our bamboo materials.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and recommending suitable products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all product displays are up-to-date and visually appealing.
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock, and communicate with the team to ensure product availability.
  • Process customer orders, handle payments, and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide customers with the best possible advice.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.


Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in flooring, home improvement, or a related industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
