Description

  • Represent the company to develop and nurture client relationships
  • Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to effectively sell and manage inventory.
  • Conduct market analysis to provide clients with insightful management solutions.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and engage with customers through exceptional communication and negotiation tactics.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and market positioning.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.


Experience Level:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive communication
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for sales and promotions
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities to foster customer loyalty
  • Experience in outside sales and adapting to different sales environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to team goals
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and market trends
  • Knowledge in sales or leasing contracting procedures
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to provide sales support and manage multiple accounts
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through various channels
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within designated regions or markets
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide ongoing support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction


Working Conditions:

  • Position may require travel for client meetings and industry events, adherence to sales targets, and the ability to work flexible hours.
