Sales Operations Manager's role it to lead our Sales Operations Team in supporting our rapid growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate, manage and boost productivity of the Sales Team.

You’ll be responsible for optimizing sales practices, ensuring data accuracy, and managing our sales tech stack. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales operations or related fields, excellent people management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Overall in charge of the daily sales operation for all 5 branches
• Optimize existing sales processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity
• Boost sales performance of all branches
• Create new sales strategies
• Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making
• Manage the overall sales tech stack, including Salesforce and other sales tools
• Develop and manage a high-performing sales operations team

• Graduate of Marketing, Sales, Operations or any business related course.
• With at least 4 years experience as a Sales Manager
• With at least 2 years retail experience related to lamps and shades, lighting, furnitures, interior design, architectural decors, and other related business.
• Good communication skills
• With experience in handling a team
• Willing to go to different branches
• Can start ASAP
