Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Operations: Handles e-commerce platforms and inquiries (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, company website) to ensure seamless transactions, and excellent customer service.
• Wholesale Lead Generation: Identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with potential wholesale clients, focusing on corporate and bulk orders.
• Sales Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare regular reports that track retail, e-commerce, and wholesale sales performance, providing actionable insights to enhance strategies.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns, ensuring alignment across online, in-store, and wholesale channels.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all channels, quickly resolving inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Retail Sales & Visual Merchandising: Oversee daily retail operations, including creating inviting in-store displays that enhance the customer experience and boost sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or sales, with visual merchandising experience preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and presentations.
