Oversees sales strategy execution, partner and customer relationship management, and team performance to achieve business objectives. Works closely with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders to expand market presence, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure sustainable business growth in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and key account relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and business agreements with channel partners and customers.
• Ensure effective execution of sales programs, promotions, and product launches.
• Prepare sales reports, budgets, and business plans for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development, with leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in the appliance, consumer durables, or related industry is an advantage.
