Job Description

Purpose

The Distributor Renewal Manager drives large-scale, low-touch renewals through distributor partners, ensuring volume, speed, and commercial discipline for small-ARR customers.

Key Responsibilities

Enable distributors to execute renewals efficiently
Drive automation, throughput, and cycle-time reduction
Enforce pricing and discount governance
Track renewal aging, backlog, and close rates
Provide reporting and operational visibility

Language Requirements

Disti RMs must be fluent in English and at least one regional language aligned to their distributor portfolio. Common requirements include:

APAC: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa

Ideal Profile

2 years+ experience in channel operations, inside sales, or renewals
Strong process and data orientation
Ability to manage high-volume workflows
Clear, structured communication
