Description
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the construction industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive B2B sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and development for team members to enhance their sales capabilities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years in sales management within the construction industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Key Account Management and B2B Sales.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Track team performance and prepare reports on sales metrics.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to meet clients.
