Description

The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible in achieving sales revenue targets through developing long-term relationships with our customers and by developing new clients.


  • Develops sales strategies to increase profitability of assigned area.
  • Initiates regular communications with prospects and existing clients. Conducts sales presentations, visits, calls prospective clients to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
  • Works closely with the Marketing and Operations team to create sales activities and ensure effective implementation.
  • Present data in a meaningful way to ensure that correct decisions are made by management
  • Sets goals of the sales team both for new and existing accounts.
  • Conducts a competitor’s check within the assigned area and improves sales strategies.
  • Develop insightful metrics, build and improve reports, support management to understand business' performance and action points.
  • Coaches and mentors the sales team to drive their performance. Improves staff efficiency in coordination with the Human Resource Head.

Requirement

  • Graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent.
  • Must have 3-5 years related work experience.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent in sales presentation skills.
  • Energetic and determined.
  • Strong familiarity in social media platforms.
  • Significant experience in a B2B sales or account management role, ideally within the Retail industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and deliver tailored solutions
  • Familiarity with Account & Relationship Management best practices and trends
