Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand client base.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Report on sales results and forecast to senior management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Perform data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure that the company's sales processes adhere to high ethical standards.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Marketing, Sales, and Social Media. Excellent Presentation and Negotiation skills. Strong abilities in Collaboration, Adaptability, Team Management, Problem-Solving, and both Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Drive sales team to achieve targets, develop sales strategies, lead marketing efforts, manage customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Working Conditions: The role may require travel and long hours to meet project deadlines and sales targets.
  • Qualities and Traits: The Sales Manager should be a motivated self-starter, be results-driven, and possess leadership qualities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
