Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to prospective clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

 Product Promotion and Sales:

  •  Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  •  Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs effectively.
  •  Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to answer inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions.

 

 Customer Relationship Management:

  •  Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  •  Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  •  Provide after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.

 

 Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

  •  Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  •  Develop strategies for increasing sales through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  •  Regularly report sales activities, status updates, and forecasts to management.

 

 Market Research and Analysis:

  •  Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the market.
  •  Monitor competition and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
  •  Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the local market is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the industry and competitors.
