Description
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving business development and generating revenue for PRIME Philippines. This position is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and promoting property leasing and sales services. The Sales Executive will be an integral part of the sales team, contributing to the company's growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Actively prospect and acquire new clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors, to drive business growth and sales performance.
Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective clients, providing in-depth information on property features, terms, and benefits.
Prepare and present leasing proposals and negotiate lease terms with clients, ensuring all parties’ requirements are met.
Manage client inquiries, respond to questions about available properties, and offer personalized leasing solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of property listings, client information, and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing and leasing) to meet company sales targets and ensure seamless operations.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to close deals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the latest developments in the real estate industry to provide relevant insights to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and driving leasing transactions.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
Report on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions to management.
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand professional connections and promote the company’s services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
Customer-focused approach with a proven ability to understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and prospects, and handle a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships.
Knowledge of the Philippine real estate market is an advantage.
Willing to travel and conduct property viewings outside of the office as needed.
Based in Quezon City or willing to relocate.
