Description
- Provide information regarding product features, pricing and availability
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of furniture pieces
- Persuade customers to make purchases by highlighting the unique selling points of products; Close sales deals and process payments
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in the resolution of any product-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the showroom’s furniture collection and inventory.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with other sales executives and team members.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of proven work experience in Sales
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related field
- Background/experience in furniture industry is a plus
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales software programs
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Must be fluent in Kapampangan dialect
