Job Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering).
● Preferably with Data Center experience.
● At least two (2) years of experience in technical sales, business development, or MEP-related engineering.
● Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Plumbing) is an advantage.
● Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
● Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
● Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
● Male or Female (Management prefers a female candidate).
Job Description
● Engage with clients to understand their requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver accurate and compelling proposals that drive business growth.
● Conduct client site visits to assess requirements, evaluate existing systems, and identify opportunities for customized solutions.
● Collaborate with the Engineering team to translate client requirements into cost-effective proposals, technical drawings, and system specifications that support successful sales outcomes.
● Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providing after-sales support.
● Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project
implementation.
● Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development initiatives.
● Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and other documentation required by Management.
Salary Range
● ₱38,000–₱45,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

● Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
