Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the construction, building systems, electromechanical, elevator, or related industries.

• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Experience in elevator, escalator, or other building systems is a strong advantage.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits within the assigned territory
