Technical & Site Experience

1. Experience in a construction company or related industries (e.g., electrical, mechanical, building materials, property management, or technical services).
2. Able to read drawings and take accurate site measurements
3. Comfortable conducting site inspections
4. Able to identify potential water entry points
5. Can recommend practical installation locations
6. Able to coordinate with installers and site teams

Consultative Sales Approach

1. Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms
2. Comfortable asking diagnostic questions
3. Understands client problems before recommending solutions
4. Can present realistic solutions and explain limitations clearly
5. Handles objections calmly and professionally

Client Management

1. Comfortable with follow-ups and longer decision cycles
2. Able to discuss proposals with engineers, administrators, and property managers
3. Professional in meetings and site discussions

Documentation & Proposal Skills

1. Can prepare scope of works
2. Writes clear and professional emails
3. Organizes and tracks ongoing projects
