  1. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting industrial lubricants and related services through a solution-oriented approach.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure orders and drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing teams to implement and support lubricant programs in the market.
  4. Conduct market analysis and recommend strategies to enhance sales performance.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize trade area activities and improve market presence.
  6. Ensure timely reporting and support other assigned tasks.
  7. Understand the needs and approaches for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C customers, as applicable for IL sector, for proper and appropriate product and service recommendations.
  8. Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (but not required)
  • At least a year of either B2B consumer sales or industry experience, with proven track record
  • Industry knowledge is a plus, preferably from Fleet/Marine, Industrial, or Oil & Gas industries
  • Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Customer-centric approach and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Has driving license and willingness to travel required
